Orthotic devices used to offload ulcers
A wide variety of devices are used to reduce pressure on ulcers. The design and materials selected is based on the location and severity of the ulcer, the weight of the patient as well as the alignment of the foot and limb.
Extra depth shoes and accommodative inserts
These shoes have extra depth and width and a special, soft liner in order to provide the protection and comfort many patients need due to their diabetes or neuropathy.
